Last night I got super excited to eat handmade Pierogis.  I defrosted and fried 4 of them, and they ended up being filled with sour kraut instead of the usual potato/cheese combination.  Talk about disappointing.

Luckily, Ryan Tomaro pointed me towards the youtube of a NY acquaintance by the name of Cole Escola, that captivated me for hours.  HILARIOUS.
